IT Sales Manager (Upwork)

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in IT Sales Management (experience with Upwork/Clutch is required).
  • Understanding of the specifics of selling IT solutions for business, not just technology.
  • English B2+.
  • Basic knowledge of web development and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-organization and ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer the best solution.
  • Active participation in sales department development as well as engagement in the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the current state of the sales department & provide recommendations on improvements for processes that will help in your work and in the work of the company.
  • Manage all the stages of sales cycle: from customer research to closing.
  • Conduct briefings to identify customer business needs.
  • Prepare and present our services: Web development (design, programming), DevOps, Integrated Marketing (SEO, PPC), IT consulting.
  • Communicate with clients through calls, correspondence (mail, messengers, social networks) and online meetings (Zoom, Google meet, etc.).
  • Search for new customers and projects on Upwork, Clutch, Freelancehunt, and other platforms.
  • Provide quality customer support at every sales stage.
  • Work with the CRM system, provide reports.
  • Analyze the market, competitors and look for new opportunities for scaling.
  • Create and improve sales scripts.
  • Participate in the company’s development and optimization of sales department processes.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with other platforms (e.g. Freelancehunt, Fiverr, Toptal).
  • Experience of participating in tenders.
