Junior Project Manager

Professional skills:

• You have 3–6 months of relevant experience as a Project Manager (internship, part-time, or volunteer projects are acceptable);
• You communicate confidently, know how to ask the right questions, stay focused, and remain calm even when things don’t go as planned;
• You can correspond in English and aren’t afraid to speak — your English level is B1+ or higher;
• You have a general understanding of web development and how teams of designers, developers, and QA specialists work;
• You’re familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies and understand the differences between them;
• You’ve worked with JIRA, Confluence, and Figma;
• You think logically, know how to set priorities, and are focused on achieving results.

Personal skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Prioritization skills;
• Self-organization and multitasking skills;
• Ability to clearly formulate tasks for their further implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for both the client and the team;
• Gather client requirements and, together with your mentor, turn them into clear and actionable tasks;
• Keep project documentation organized and ensure everyone stays “on the same page”;
• Monitor deadlines, update task statuses, and create checklists;
• Participate in daily meetings, demos, and retrospectives;
• Coordinate the work of developers, designers, and QA specialists;
• Stay close to the team — support, assist, and help resolve issues.
