PPC Specialist (Google Ads)

Expectations:

• Practical experience: working with Google Ads of 1+ year. Experience with text and product advertising is required. Experience in creating social media ads will be a plus;
• PPC experience: understanding of marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SMM, SERM, website development, etc;
• Ability to effectively manage multiple ads accounts simultaneously;
• Technical skills: knowledge of Google Merchants, experience with feeds, understanding the causes of blocking and ways to prevent them;
• Experience with with GTM;
• Marketing models: understanding of marketing models (e.g., RACE), ability to analyze and explain the stages of the model;
• Analytics and reporting: Experience with GA4, ability to customize and analyze data
• Ability to work with data: knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, use of functions and formulas. Ability to prepare a statement of work for a client;
• Project management: understanding of workflow management and workflow at different stages of the project;
• Analytical skills and ability to work autonomously: the ability to analyze situations and find solutions; use of analytics and search tools such as Google, GPT, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Google Ads accounts;
• Set up campaigns: launching and maintaining, writing ads that sell, selecting keywords, conducting competitor analysis;
• Work with semantics: analysis, expansion, negative words;
• Campaign analytics: identifying strengths and weaknesses, ensuring proper budget allocation, scaling advertising campaign;
• Evaluation and adjustment of strategies to improve the efficiency of campaigns: bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages;
• Monitoring of competitors’ activity;
• Management and control of budgets in ad account.

Would be a plus:

• Ability to work with Looker Studio;
• Understanding of Google Ads Script;
• Experience in PPC and usability audits;
• Experience in both e-commerce and service industries;
• Experience with Microsoft Clarity;
• Ability to work with AHrefs/Serpstat/Netpeak Spider/Screaming Frog.
